Group Visits

We now are offering our Group Visits Virtually via Zoom!

These are approximately 1.5 hour sessions. The session is billed to your insurance. Any copay and any deductibles will apply. Office staff will call you ahead of virtual appointment to send you a Zoom link to join and collect your copay. We offer cash pricing for those without insurance, insurance we don't accept or for patients outside the practice.

The WHY, WHEN and HOW of Stretching - Most people know that they should stretch, but why? And most people don't know when and how. Before or after exercise? 10 seconds or 1 minute? Dynamic or static stretches? Come and learn the answers to the above questions, plus learn what fascia is, and the principles of how to stretch safely. You will be guided through stretches for the upper and lower body and given a handout of the stretches.

Total Motion Release: A Self-Directed Approach to Healing and Pain Relief. Do you experience stiffness, pain or loss of motion? Join Lesley and bring your aches, pains and stiffness to a training that helps you help yourself through a series of principles and movements that provide a surprisingly rapid relief from weakness, pain, loss of motion in joints, and stiffness from eyes to toes.

**Treating a wide variety of physical issues, pain and dysfunctions, Lesley uses gentle hands-on techniques and corrective exercise to assist the body into balance and ease. She blends the Barral method of visceral, neural, and vascular manipulation in her treatment sessions with other complementary specialties related to trauma, vagus nerve work, sound healing, and craniosacral therapy. Recently, she studied Total Motion Release and has been continually impressed by how rapidly TMR principles and movements can correct dysfunctional movement patterns and alleviate pain.

**Amy has been a PT for 20 years and opened her own practice, Moment of Truth Physical Therapy almost 8 years ago to focus on myofascial release work and eventually women's health. Her passion is to help women THRIVE throughout pregnancy and afterwards, whether they had a baby 6 weeks ago or 16 years ago (postpartum is forever). She assists them towards wholeness by empowering them to know their bodies, understanding healing processes and offering therapeutic touch, gaining confidence in their ability to do the things they love and providing education so they and baby can have an optimal start!
